9. Refunds & Cancellations (YallaPush Packages)
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original payment date.
Only payments for unused subscription periods are eligible for refunds.
Partial usage of services, expired packages, or promotional/discounted offers are non-refundable.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
Cancellations
You may cancel your YallaPush package at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop future renewals, but no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle once services are in use.
